ckok Terms & Conditions

ckok is an online betting and gaming platform operated under the domain ckok.ws, designed specifically for adult players in Bangladesh. To register and use a ckok account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any one of these criteria entitles ckok to suspend or permanently close your account and void any outstanding bets or pending withdrawals pending investigation.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ckok strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will request documentary proof of age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance therein will be reviewed in accordance with applicable policy.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing ckok from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your location before registering.
• One Account Per Player: Each individual player may hold only one registered account on ckok. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Personal Use: Your ckok account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access, operate, or place bets using your account, nor may you act as an agent or representative betting on behalf of another person.
• Not a Company Employee: Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members of ckok and its technology, payment, and gaming partners are not eligible to register as players.

To access betting markets, casino games, and payment facilities, you must create a registered ckok account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address (in Bangladesh), mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent update is truthful and accurate. ckok may, at any time and for any reason, request documentary proof of the information you have provided. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ckok username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ckok will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. ckok operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Should you lose access to your account, you must contact customer support through the official channel. Attempting to circumvent a suspended or closed account by registering a new one is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent exclusion from the platform.

All financial transactions on the ckok platform — deposits, withdrawals, and balance transfers — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ckok supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh:

ckok reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to payment options via the platform's announcement channel. Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously verified by the player and used for a deposit on the same account. ckok applies a standard verification check to all withdrawal requests exceeding ৳20,000. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending KYC completion. ckok does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals; however, payment service providers may impose their own transaction fees which are outside ckok's control.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that must be applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. • Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that are not used before the stated expiry will be forfeited automatically. No extension of bonus expiry will be granted except at ckok's sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each individual promotion only once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through multiple accounts, devices, addresses, or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and is a violation of these Terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards satisfying wagering requirements. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the ckok platform, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup, Test matches, and bilateral series. • Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until ckok's system generates a unique bet reference number and displays a confirmation message. If no confirmation is received, the bet should be treated as not placed. Players should not place a repeat bet based on an unconfirmed bet — ckok will not be responsible for duplicate bets arising from player error in such circumstances.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the ckok platform are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play betting odds move in real time. ckok will accept bets at the odds displayed at the moment of placement, subject to system processing time. If odds change during processing, the player will be offered the updated odds or given the option to decline.

• Match Abandonment: For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (as defined in the specific match rules) are completed, most markets will be void unless a result has been determined under the relevant playing conditions (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method).
• Integrity: ckok reserves the right to withhold payment and/or void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or any other conduct that calls the integrity of an event into question. Such decisions will be made in consultation with relevant sporting authorities where appropriate.

• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any profits derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or any structured betting behaviour that, in ckok's reasonable judgement, is designed to exploit promotional offers or generate risk-free profit at the expense of the platform.
• Conducting, facilitating, or assisting with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the ckok platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ckok employees or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the ckok platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, after having been made aware of such prohibition.

All content on the ckok platform — including but not limited to the ckok brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ckok or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ckok platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or exploit in any commercial manner any part of the ckok platform or its content without the prior written consent of ckok.

Game assets, interfaces, and software provided by third-party game suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Playtech, and others) remain the intellectual property of those suppliers and are subject to their respective licensing agreements. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ckok's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. ckok's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

The ckok platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ckok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

ckok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration or KYC information.
• Multiple account registration or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour towards ckok staff or other players.
• Suspicion of problem gambling where account closure is in the player's best interests, as determined by ckok's responsible gaming team.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing time, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met and there are no pending investigations. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-locked funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms, and any rights and obligations created hereunder, shall survive the termination of your account to the extent required for their full operation, including the provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution.
